Heavy material like concrete, block, brick or roof tile changes the answer completely, and so does anything that has been rained on — a soaked mixed load is the single most expensive thing you can build here, because disposal is charged by the ton at the gate. Tell us about a narrow drive, a long curving approach down to a daylight basement, a walkout or bulkhead the arm has to clear, a shed or deck in the swing, a fresh pour or already-cracked concrete, red clay still soft after rain, a homeowners association whose rules want notice first, and low limbs or service drops over the run in. Tell us as well whether the address is inside the Gainesville city limits, in another Hall County municipality, or in unincorporated Hall County — a city street means permission from the governing body under Sec. 4-4-2(a) before anything sits on it, another city means its own counter, and unincorporated ground means the County. The shortcut is your own curb: if a city cart gets emptied there once a week you are in the city, and if you have been hauling your own bags to a compactor site you are in unincorporated Hall.
